Q: How can I view the status of my order? A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view. Or write us at sales@theenvioushome.com or call us TOLL FREE at 1-866-719-1701.
Q: What are your shipping costs? A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.
Q: Do you ship Internationally? A: Yes. All of are shipping prices are quoted for the Continental U.S.A. only, but we can and will ship to Hawaii, AK and Internationally, we just ask that you email us first for a shipping estimate at sales@thecurioushome.com. Make sure you reference the item number and name, as well as including your full shipping address, so that we can provide an accurate shipping estimate. We are currently working on providing competitive rates for International purchases and will soon be posting them on the site, which will eliminate the need for the email. Until then, thank you for your patience.
Q: Can I pick up my order and save on Shipping Costs? A: Many items are just too large or heavy to pick up locally, and due to our business liability insurance restrictions, we are no longer able to accomodate local pick ups at our warehouse location - but you may inquire and possibly make arrangements to pick up your item(s) elsewhere by calling us at (702) 358-4609 during our customer service business hours 10AM-4PM.
